The inner thigh muscle hurts.

I bought an indoor bicycle to start the new year.

Walking exercise is definitely greatly affected by the weather.

I'm really lazy, so I keep using the weather as an excuse not to go outside, haha.

I bought an indoor bicycle so I can exercise indoors anytime.

The inner thigh muscle hurts.

I was really excited to ride at first.

I really liked it; even just 30 minutes of riding makes me sweat profusely and breathe heavily.

Since it involves a slightly higher intensity than walking

It really feels like I exercised, so I feel refreshed and accomplished.

Gradually, the burning time is also increasing.

Starting with 20 minutes and gradually increasing, recently I even rode for nearly an hour.

The problem is that since a certain day, the inner thigh muscle on the right side hurts.

I usually have no pain when walking or during daily activities.

But among stretching positions, there's a posture where you sit cross-legged like a traditional Korean stance, with both soles of your feet facing each other.

The inner thigh muscle hurts.

Sitting like this causes the inner thigh muscles to stretch and hurt.

Originally, there was no problem at all with the movement. The left leg doesn't hurt at all.

Only the right side.

It doesn't hurt at all even when I ride a bicycle.

It hurts a lot when I go down.

It hurts so much that I can't walk properly.

Especially when I rotate my knees side to side, the inner thigh feels very tight and painful.

But after a few minutes, it also becomes normal again.

If you don't adopt that posture like in the picture above

There is no pain at all, so it does not interfere with daily life.

I don't know if this is a level that requires going to the hospital.

Aren't there many people who originally find it difficult to sit in that position?

And because riding a bicycle uses a lot of leg muscles in a short period of time

I wonder if it's somewhat normal for my legs to hurt after riding and coming down.

The pain doesn't last long either.

I don't feel any pain in my daily life.

Is it really necessary to go to the hospital?

But riding a bicycle continuously is difficult.

I'm also worried that it might get worse.

On the other hand, I wonder if the cause is really the bicycle.

I lived without knowing because I had no pain in my daily life.

I think it's only now that I realize it because I feel it when I ride a bike...

Is there anyone like me?

Among those who ride indoor bicycles, some, like me, experience pain immediately after starting.

Or are there people who usually experience pain in the inner thigh muscles?

I'm curious about the cause or solution~
