My blood sugar was diagnosed as high during a health checkup, and I am trying all sorts of methods to avoid taking medication, but it’s not easily controlled. I ate ramen, a little bread, and some snacks the day before. Even a small amount causes spikes, which drives me crazy. I am exercising more diligently—walking stairs, hitting 10,000 steps, doing dumbbell exercises, and not eating any snacks at all. Why is it so hard to control? Yesterday, I ate a little snack, and my fasting blood sugar was high in the morning.
