오~~ 정말 팥을 넣은 수면 안대 좋아보입니다. 팥을 넣어서 친환경적이고 팥으로 만든 핫팩 갖고 있는데~ 요 수면 안대도 갖고 싶네요~ 팥이 전자렌지 돌리면 열기를 품고 있어서 적당히 뜨겁지 않아서 데지 않기도 하고 뜨끈하니 좋던데~ 요 수면안대를 보니 눈 찜질도 해주고 정말 꿀잠템일 것 같아요~~ 잠이 보약!! 정말 극공감합니다~

I searched and tried many times to find the best method.
The cause of eye dryness is said to be the oil glands that soften the eyes becoming hardened.
If you apply a warm compress, the hardened oil glands will be loosened, lubrication will be supplied, and the stiffness will disappear, making the pupils clearer.
I saw a video where someone put red beans into a pouch and microwaved it to make a hot pack.
Ah!! I knew this was it.
You can put red beans inside the eye mask and warm it up to soothe your eyes ^^
I worked by putting about one cup of red bean paste inside the eye mask.
If you microwave it for about 20 seconds, the temperature is just right!
I think it's been about two years since I did this.
I've improved a lot and try not to look at my phone before going to bed whenever possible.
Exposing yourself to blue light before sleeping can interfere with restful sleep.
I also plan to do eye compresses, so I start heating the eye mask from 10 o'clock.
