About This Treatment

Male eyelid surgery improves the appearance of the eyes to a natural yet distinct look, based on male aesthetic standards, which differ from those of females.

We create a customized plan considering the thickness of the skin, fat, and muscles.

When the vertical length of the eyes is short and looks tired, we perform eye correction for a clearer look.

When the horizontal length of the eyes is short and looks cramped, we perform corner lifting surgery for a softer look.

For those with small irises and thin eyelids, we conduct non-incisional eyelid correction through tiny openings to adjust the eyelids and muscles.

For cases with excessive fat distribution and significant eyelid sagging, we perform incisional eyelid correction by cutting above the eyelid.

Eyes that require correction are those where less than 80% of the iris is visible when the eyes are opened, or where only 1-2mm of the iris is exposed from the eyelids.

Lower eyelid fat repositioning involves making a minor incision on the inner conjunctiva of the eyelid to remove and reposition protruding fat.

Mini lower eyelid surgery is recommended for middle-aged men with sagging skin and involves fat repositioning and lifting the lower eyelid muscles for support.

All-in-one lower eyelid surgery is recommended for men over 50 who have sagging skin combined with lower eyelid fat, improving both the fat and excess skin through resection.
