Natural Double-Eyelid Line for Men with Ptosis Correction

About This Treatment

Male eye surgery improves the appearance of the eyes with a natural yet defined look, based on aesthetic standards tailored specifically to men.

We create a personalized treatment plan that takes into account the thickness of the skin, fat, and muscles.

For eyes that appear sleepy due to a short vertical eye length, Ptosis Correction is performed together to create a more defined appearance.

For eyes that appear constricted due to a short horizontal eye length, eye-opening surgery is performed together to create a softer, more natural look.

For patients with a small amount of visible iris and thin eyelids, non-incisional Ptosis Correction is performed by adjusting the eyelid and muscles through tiny openings without making an incision.

For patients with substantial fat deposits and severe eyelid drooping, incisional Ptosis Correction is performed by making an incision above the eyelid.

Ptosis Correction is recommended when less than 80% of the dark iris is visible when the eyes are open, or when only about 1–2 mm of the iris is visible beneath the eyelid.

The eye appearance is corrected naturally while strengthening the muscles used to open the eyes.

Under-Eye Fat Repositioning involves making a micro-incision in the conjunctiva on the inner side of the eyelid to remove and reposition protruding fat.

Mini Lower Blepharoplasty is recommended for middle-aged men with sagging skin beneath the eyes; the lower eyelid muscles are lifted and secured together with Under-Eye Fat Repositioning.

All-in-One Lower Blepharoplasty is recommended for men in their 50s and older who have both under-eye fat and loose skin. It improves the under-eye area by reducing the fat and removing the excess skin.
