I tripped while going up the stairs, and my ankle hurts. After receiving treatment and physical therapy at the hospital, it hurts a little less. I should also do some heat therapy at home and get more treatment.
I hadn't had a headache for a while, but my migraine came back, so I went to the hospital to get acupuncture. The hospital was clean and nice. After getting needles in several places on my head, I can hardly turn my neck.
The physical therapy facility is clean, and the nurses explain things very kindly.
The doctor was kind and explained everything really well, which I appreciated.
