The doctor carefully asked about when the pain started, my usual lifestyle and posture, and explained my current condition in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel reassured. Rather than jumping straight into treatment, they first explained why I was in pain, which eased my worries.
It was convenient to come and go since the bus stop was right in front.
The staff is friendly, the needles hurt but I feel like they're helping me heal, so I'm happy about that hehe.
