    I woke up and my back hurt so much. I got some physical therapy, and the nurse gave me a great massage with a warm towel.

    I've been feeling heavy and painful in my hip area, so I got acupuncture and physical therapy. I think excessive hiking is the cause. I guess I should take it easy. 😞
