While walking with my wife on the way home, I tripped over a bumpy sidewalk and twisted my ankle. I had to stop by a Korean medicine clinic for acupuncture and physical therapy. After a few days of treatment, I can now walk, but I'm taking it slow as per the doctor's advice.
After hiking on the weekend, my ankle and leg felt stiff and painful, so I asked my sister and went to see a doctor. They treated me with acupuncture and moxibustion, and I left with a herbal patch.
