I've been receiving treatment at The Dream Oriental Medicine Clinic and I'm feeling much better, so I can spend my days comfortably^^ I had seen some weight loss results through the Linda Diet earlier this year, and now that summer is here, I've committed to losing more weight, so I made an additional payment for the diet~ My daughter also said she wants to join, so we started together, and I feel like we're really reducing body fat effectively! Lately, I’ve been staring at the monitor for too long, so I’ve been having severe headaches and my neck has been stiff and painful. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic for treatment!ㅜㅜ The doctor explained that the muscles in the back of my neck were really tense, which was causing the pain to radiate to my head, and they recommended Chuna therapy and acupuncture. First, I had Chuna therapy to adjust my neck and shoulders. I was a bit surprised when I heard the bones cracking, but afterward, my neck felt so much lighter and could move smoothly, which was really amazing. Next, I received acupuncture in the areas with pain. It felt a little tight when the needles went in, but I could definitely feel the tension releasing in the areas where I was treated~ When I got home after the treatment, the intense headache that felt like it was crushing me had eased a lot, and my stiff neck felt so much more comfortable! I plan to keep going regularly for a while to manage it~
