Overall, this place had a calm and clean atmosphere that left a good impression. From check-in to treatment, the flow wasn't complicated, so even though it was my first visit, I didn't get lost. The staff was generally friendly, which helped ease my nerves. During the pre-consultation, they asked detailed questions about my symptoms and lifestyle, and they explained why I might be experiencing these symptoms from a traditional medicine perspective, which helped me understand well. Instead of pushing unnecessary treatments, they calmly guided me in a direction that suited my current state, which built my trust. The acupuncture and medication prescriptions were not excessive, and they provided detailed explanations about changes in my body after treatment. However, during peak times when there are a lot of patients, the waiting time can feel a bit long, and I thought that if I don't book in advance during busy hours, I might have to wait. Nevertheless, overall the consultations were sincere and explanations were sufficient, making it a satisfactory visit. I feel it's a clinic worth visiting for those who wish to continuously manage their health.
