After hiking, my ankle and neck were stiff, and when I woke up, my ankle was bruised and hurt so badly that I could barely walk. I visited Ubo Oriental Medicine Clinic, recommended by a friend, for acupuncture and moxibustion and used pain patches. They said if I keep getting treatment, it'll improv
*I couldn't bend over because of back pain, which affected my daily life, but after the first treatment, I was able to move again. The kind explanations and diagnosis made it clear where and why it hurt, and how I would be treated!

They provide thorough and caring traditional medicine treatment. Everyone is kind.
I guess when it feels stiff, I need to get acupuncture. After the treatment, about 80% of the pain disappeared... Thank you!
