I'm getting help for my insomnia~^^ It's okay to seek assistance when things are tough~~ The doctor is kind, and the nursing staff guide me well~ I think that managing both my mind and body, rather than just relying on medication, is important. We need to let go of worries and look at the world positively. Personally, I find it really helpful when my feelings are heard during consultations~~ I believe that it would be beneficial for the doctor to listen more to the inner thoughts of patients, as this helps emotionally.

It’s nice that the hospital also has a clinical psychologist and counseling available, but parking is very inconvenient, especially the parking lot entrance tucked away in the corner of the first floor.
