The doctor carefully diagnosed me and explained the cause of my pain in detail, which was a big help. He showed me the X-ray taken at that time and pointed out which postures were problematic. He also advised me on habits to avoid in my daily life, making the treatment direction clear. I underwent both physical therapy and manual therapy, and the therapists checked my condition each time, focusing on the areas with severe pain. Thanks to that, I slowly started to feel better. After a few weeks, the discomfort while sitting almost disappeared, and I didn't experience the same pain when bending over as before, which I’m really grateful for. The clinic environment is pleasant, and the staff are friendly, so I always feel at ease when I go in. Even now, whenever my back feels uncomfortable, this clinic is the first that comes to mind, and I keep recommending it to people around me.
