퍼스티지치과에 처음 갔을 때 가장 먼저 느낀 건 분위기가 차분하고 정돈돼 있다는 점이었어요. 접수부터 진료까지 과정이 복잡하지 않았고, 직원분들이 말투도 부드러워서 괜히 긴장했던 마음이 많이 풀렸습니다. 진료 전에 치아 상태를 그냥 “여기 안 좋아요” 식으로 말하는 게 아니라, 왜 문제가 생겼는지랑 앞으로 어떻게 진행되는지 차근차근 설명해 주셔서 이해가 잘 됐어요. 제가 질문을 좀 많이 하는 편인데도 귀찮아하는 느낌 없이 하나하나 답해 주는 게 인상적이었습니다. 치료 중에도 지금 뭘 하고 있는지 계속 말해줘서 무섭지 않았고,
