I get my teeth scaled every May. I hadn’t been able to settle on a dental clinic, but since this is the clinic where my child has been getting regular checkups, I’ve also been coming here for a checkup and scaling once a year. This time, the estimated cost alone came to roughly 2.1 million won. They said bonding for the upper teeth is 70,000 won per tooth, resin on the inner lower side of the upper teeth is 100,000 won per tooth, and an inlay is 450,000 won per tooth. (The photo shows a tooth that needs inlay treatment.) Back in January this year, my son also had an estimate totaling 1.69 million won—100,000 won per resin filling and 450,000 won per onlay. When I asked on a parenting forum, people said it was on the expensive side. I’ve only just finished paying off the installments for my child’s dental treatment, and I’m worried because I have a lot of teeth that need treatment too. I couldn’t get the treatment done right away. I think I’ll have to save up some money for the treatment costs ㅜㅜ There’s one dentist and three staff members, and they’re all friendly.
