It’s always crowded and the wait is long, but that’s how good the doctor is.

The doctor is very smart and meticulous, making me feel at ease, and I rely on him when something feels off. Since the clinic is close and affiliated with Samsung Medical Center, it provides quick connections to specialized hospitals if complicated issues arise, which adds to my trust and makes me recommend it to others. I vividly remember feeling calm while receiving treatment for thyroid issues and not feeling anxious. Recently, I had a neighbor troubled by gallstones, and I referred them, and I also shared my experience with a church friend who reported blood in their urine.

I saw Dr. Lee Jae-seung, and after the gastroscopy, my stomach felt fine. The symptoms of chest tightness and indigestion, which were stress-related, improved with the medication I was prescribed.

I regularly visit Dr. Jung Jae-hong once every three months for consultations about my hyperlipidemia and to get my medication prescribed. I have blood tests once a year, and during this checkup, I was told to have another blood test and advised to make sure I take my medication every day without missing any doses. I was told to call that afternoon to hear the blood test results, and I had to call myself to get them. Since I was busy, I called myself a day or two later, and the nurse who answered said she would leave a message for the doctor and that he would call me back within an hour. The doctor did call and said that my levels had not dropped as much as he had expected.

I visited for a free health checkup for employees. Dr. Jung Jae-hong asked me whether the area that had hurt during my previous visit was doing okay. When I told him it was fine, he smiled and said he was glad to hear that, then reminded me to take good care of it. The medical laboratory technologist explained everything carefully while drawing my blood. They told me to press firmly on the site for at least five seconds to stop the bleeding before putting on a bandage, and also said that taking a quick shower was okay. In the radiology department, they examined me in my underwear and took the images carefully without causing any pain. I completed my health checkup feeling good and went home.

There are so many people, it's really exhausting... It seems like it takes at least an hour... The number of doctors has increased by one, but I wish there were more.

Today, I had a health check-up and a cholesterol test, but there seemed to be too many patients for the size of the facility and space. Men and women were mixed together for the tests, and the changing room was cramped, which was really frustrating. The doctor was also unfriendly, so I don't think I'll be going back again.
