Ulsan First Clinic

This is my third visit. It’s the place that takes care of my family’s health. I appreciate that the doctor is always kind, caring, and explains things simply. The nurses are friendly too! They don’t over-treat, and provide just the right prescription. They can handle colds, blood tests, and skin treatments, which is great. Nowadays, many dermatology clinics focus solely on cosmetics, but they cover more than that. The hospital is always clean and tidy. I often feel thankful that there’s a good clinic close to home. The clinic is on the second floor and the pharmacy is on the first floor, making it convenient, plus the parking is well-setup which takes away the stress of parking.

I visited Ulsan Jeil Clinic for a consultation, and overall, I was glad that I could receive care in a comfortable, low-pressure environment. When I entered the hospital, the staff kindly guided me, and I was able to complete everything from registration to the consultation without any difficulty. The doctor listened calmly as I explained my symptoms and explained the things I was curious about in an easy-to-understand way, so I didn’t experience any major discomfort during the consultation. The inside of the clinic was also relatively clean and well organized, so I was able to wait comfortably. Its location on Suam-ro made it easy to find, and the fact that consultations are available not only on weekdays but also on Saturdays seems to be another advantage, since it makes it easier to visit according to my schedule. I was a little worried because it was my first time visiting the clinic, but I was able to receive care more comfortably than I expected, and overall, I was satisfied with my visit. If I develop similar symptoms or need medical care again, I plan to visit once more.
