When I first went to the B&S Dental Clinic, I was really nervous, but the atmosphere was surprisingly relaxed, which caught me off guard. While waiting after checking in, you know how some clinics have a really strong hospital smell? This place was almost free of that, which was comforting, and the staff approached me first and explained everything well, so I felt taken care of. When I went for the exam, I have to say the equipment was top-notch. The CT scan was quick and smooth. The doctor displayed my dental condition on the monitor and explained everything one by one, without using overly complicated terms to scare me. Instead, they discussed realistic options, costs, and the process, which made me trust them quite a bit. I was worried about whether the anesthesia would work well during the treatment, but the assistant kept checking my condition, and the doctor talked me through every step, which made me less scared. Even as I was leaving after the treatment, they kept checking in with me, saying things like 'That was tough, right?' which made me feel good overall. It was a much less stressful experience for a procedure, and I do plan to come back.
