Not too long ago, I visited Kim Eun-jung Internal Medicine Hospital due to a health issue. To be honest, at first, I was a bit annoyed about going to the hospital and felt nervous and worried, but once I got there, I found the atmosphere was nicer than I expected, and the staff were friendly, allowing me to have a comfortable experience during my visit. The person who assisted me at the reception explained everything calmly, which helped, especially since it was my first visit, so I was able to proceed without discomfort. The waiting time was not as long as I thought, and while I waited, the hospital's interior was clean and organized, which helped me feel more at ease. The doctor who saw me didn't just brush over my concerns; instead, they asked detailed questions about each of my symptoms and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. When I asked questions, they took the time to answer them thoroughly without seeming annoyed, which made me feel more confident. They also provided clear explanations of why certain treatments were necessary and what I should be cautious about moving forward, so there was no confusion when I got home.
