I always feel anxious and worried every time I go for dental treatment, but thanks to my visit this time, I was able to finish my appointment very comfortably. First of all, the hospital is kept very clean and pleasant, so the first impression was really good. From the staff at the reception to the guides, everyone responded kindly with a smile, which eased my tension a lot. The director's meticulous and attentive treatment was impressive. He explained the current state of my teeth on the screen in an easy-to-understand way and only recommended the necessary treatments, so I was able to trust him without the burden of unnecessary care. I was also touched by his consideration in checking frequently during the treatment process to ensure I wasn’t in pain. He was careful to make sure I hardly felt any discomfort, so I had a comfortable treatment experience.

This is a dental clinic I've been going to for a long time. It's close to my house, which makes it convenient to visit. I really think dental clinics should be nearby since you often have to go back for treatments. I've been going here since before it changed its name to Chiu Dental. I'm a bit sad that my regular dentist moved elsewhere, but the new dentist is friendly and takes good care of me, so I've continued to go. If you go in the morning, there are a lot of older patients, and sometimes the wait can be long, but they rotate through quickly, so you're not waiting too long. The staff at the information desk are also kind and explain things well. They've also started offering valet parking for convenience, which is great.
