The waiting time was long, but the staff was very kind and explained my symptoms well, as well as providing a detailed explanation of the medication prescribed.

My mother came in saying she had body aches along with a cough, so we visited. Maybe because it was the day after a holiday, there were a lot of patients, and we waited about an hour for her appointment. The nurses were friendly, but the doctor was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made my elderly mother very pleased. She also has some trouble hearing, but he really took the time to explain things well. They prescribed medication for 5 days, and even though she usually doesn't take medication well, she took it every day and really recovered completely in just a week. And she's been singing their praises. She often brags about it to her friends. She fully recommends the clinic, saying that it really helps and that the doctor is great.

This is a hospital I keep coming back to whenever I'm in pain because of the doctor's kind and detailed explanations that make me satisfied with the care I receive.

I really appreciate the kind explanations, but the waiting time is way too long. It would be great if there was a reservation system. 😢
