Until I got hurt falling from a mountain last October, I used to run about 10 kilometers every morning for an hour. After my injury, I would have discomfort in my ligaments, and after running once, I needed to rest for 3-4 days due to pain. But after receiving treatment at Park Young-ok Pain Medicine Clinic, I've been exercising every morning for a week now and I don’t feel any knee pain. Now it seems like my protruding belly is going in. I visited my in-laws after a month, and they said my stomach looks smaller than last time. Since I exercise every day, I also feel lighter. The treatment seems to have worked well. There was no particular treatment for my goosefoot pain, and some clinics just told me to rest. They advised me not to squat, hike, or run. That was the prescription. I thought I should focus on treating the pain and bringing energy to my life, rather than just resting because I was told not to do the things I wanted to do.
