I was treated to my satisfaction for elbow and back pain without any procedures or surgery, through extracorporeal shock wave therapy, cooling therapy, physical therapy, and medication while staying in the hospital. Everyone was especially kind, including the treatment staff, the nurses in the inpa
I went because I have a slipped disc. I've been getting physical therapy, and I think it's going well for me. I feel like it's better to prioritize exercise and the therapy rather than just the procedure, haha.
