This is my go-to hospital. Everyone here is so friendly, which makes it a wonderful place. I go for wrist injections about twice a year for severe hand numbness, and I also come here when I have knee pain or other aches, haha. I'm serious. I have to deal with it because I work with my hands a lot. Nine months ago, I recorded a video, and today I had another one taken. I happily did paraffin therapy for both hands. I'm the type to want to take off the wrapping quickly after it dries...ㅠ I ended up getting some on my hands; I did the left side twice and the right side only once because I dislike waiting. Off I go for my injection! Today's shot felt different from usual. The tingling sensation from the injection in my wrist traveled all the way to my fingertips. After payment, I'm heading out for coffee.

Cartilage, 3rd session The basic manual therapy included in the physical therapy only takes about 5–10 minutes, but it’s good. People even come from far away~

I went in today because my pelvis was hurting, and they said it was inflammation, so I got an injection and even had physical therapy. The physical therapy was the best.
