I visited Prime Orthopedics because of shoulder pain, and to get straight to the point, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The doctor and nurse were both kind and explained everything in detail, so I really appreciated it.
It's a new place, so the facilities are clean. The 6th floor is for consultations and the 7th has physical therapy rooms. Everyone is kind! There’s a parking lot on the 1st floor. The waiting time can be a bit long since there are many patients!
The doctor explains things very kindly, and the nurses are also very friendly. The physical therapists are really great too!
The physical therapist was so kind and treated me thoroughly, and my ankle pain has noticeably improved.
