It didn’t feel like he was pushing unnecessary treatments on me; he provided just the necessary information, which made me feel more confident. During the consultation, he also explained 'what IV therapy I'm getting, why I'm getting it, and what effects it has,' making it easy for first-timers to understand without feeling overwhelmed.
