My insomnia was so severe, and I had such a hard time sleeping, that I felt drained all the time and seemed to be getting much more irritable. At the recommendation of people around me, I went to the hospital for a consultation. As this situation continued, my quality of life deteriorated a lot, and I felt like it was starting to affect the people around me as well, so I finally decided to seek help. I wasn't sure which department to visit, but I heard that many people consult with psychiatry for insomnia, so I made an appointment and went in. I was quite worried since it was my first time receiving treatment, but in the end, I feel I made a very good choice. Getting a prescription for medication to help with my insomnia and receiving counseling were both very helpful.

As I was becoming increasingly exhausted from personal problems and work, I visited Jeongin Mental Health Clinic wondering if I might be depressed. Thanks to the director’s kind counseling and appropriate medication, my depression symptoms have improved considerably.
