(Helpful Tip) Finger joint pain relief exercises
On days when I feel like I have used my hands a lot, I experience pain in my fingers or wrists.
I went to the hospital, received physical therapy, and also tried getting injections.
It alleviates severe pain, but it doesn't provide a fundamental solution.
So, from then on, I make sure to exercise on days when I use my hands a lot.
Since then, I haven't experienced significant finger joint or wrist pain.
You have to peel garlic, trim sweet potato stems, green onions, and such.
Since I have to do such things while managing the household, I thought there was no choice.
I've been doing stretching exercises, so I'm managing without severe pain or swelling.
If there are people suffering like me, try doing it consistently.
Pilates exercises to relieve hand pain

1. Finger stretching
Sit upright with good posture and stretch your right arm forward.
Pull each finger from the thumb inward toward the body, one by one, with each finger held for 5 seconds.
Maintain the posture so that the elbow does not bend at this time.
※ Stretch the opposite finger in the same way.


2. Wrist stretching
Sit upright and stretch your right arm out straight as if saying hello.
Pull the palm of your right hand toward your body with your left hand and stretch. (Hold for 10 seconds)
Maintain the posture so that the elbow does not bend at this time.
※ Stretch in multiple directions as shown in the photo below using the same method. (Hold each for 10 seconds)



3. Wrist exercises using dumbbells
Hold dumbbells in both hands with your shoulders and hands positioned vertically.
Stand up straight and slightly bend your knees.
Relax your wrist and gently rotate the dumbbell. (Repeat 10 times, 3 sets)
