저 젤리 너무 좋아하네요. 껌도 좋아하구요.ㅠㅠ
I am in the mid-stage of temporomandibular joint disc disorder.
About six years ago, every time I ate, I started hearing a clicking sound in my jaw. I just thought it was nothing and ignored it.
Now, even just yawning makes a sound from my jaw. Feeling it was serious, I visited the oral and maxillofacial clinic.
I received counseling and was told that I have a mid-stage jaw disc disorder.
I wear a brace every night to match physical therapy and sprains. It definitely feels less stiff.
But if I had worn this initially
Maybe I just recovered, but is it because of wearing it during the middle stage?
It has gotten better, but it hasn't fully healed yet... I think it will be a battle against time.
Anyway, among you, some say they hear a sound from their jaw.
Don't dismiss it lightly.
Went straight to the hospital to improve my habits.
I need to match the sprint.
I had a habit of grinding my teeth and biting my teeth.
I used to love hard foods like squid jerky. I also really enjoyed foods that require long chewing, like gum, candy, or jelly.
These habits must have ruined my jaw, right? ㅜㅜ
It's already too late to turn back.
We need to manage it well so it doesn't get worse here. Anyway, no matter what illness it is, going early is important!
Once I recover completely later, I will write again!
