Eating a vegetable salad for one meal a day is my personal healthy diet.
I started by eating a dinner salad in the evening to help with my diet.
On days when I have plans in the evening, I sometimes have salad for lunch.
Even if they look the same, the taste is all different, haha.

And since vegetable prices fluctuate depending on the season, I choose vegetables and fruits that are affordable during their peak season.
