I'm really curious about the ophthalmology department. I need to undergo cataract surgery.

It seems that the clinic is well-known for vision correction surgeries, as many national and professional athletes come here for procedures. Since my eyes aren't good, I regularly get checked, but it seems like the hospital's system lacks some easy communications, which left me feeling frustrated. I made my payment, and they mentioned something for cleaning my eyes and told me to just wipe my eyelids with it. I always feel a bit bitter going to this hospital; the staff isn't very friendly, and surprisingly, the volunteers are more kind. I thought today was another disappointing experience. After making my payment and buying something, I asked where to find it, and it turned out to be the hospital pharmacy. It was the first time I learned there was a pharmacy in the hospital. With the help of a volunteer, when I showed the note given by the nurse, they explained the usage in detail. So, when I asked if it was really necessary, they said it wasn't crucial. Then I wondered why they asked me to buy it, and I said I would just leave after thanking them and exited the hospital. At home, I couldn't shake off the thought about why hospital bills are so expensive and really felt like not going back. I really don’t want to go back.
