They’re kind. I developed red blotches on my face, and they said it was because my immune system had weakened. I was prescribed an ointment and oral medication, but it hasn’t completely cleared up. I’ll have to visit again.

The wait is insane. I went at 2 and ended up waiting 2 hours.. Go in the morning and get on the waitlist early.. Other than the wait being way too long, it was good.

Toning session 3 Always kind, Ms. Sookyung The laser treatment is only slightly prickly, and since this was my third session out of a package of 10, I can't really tell if it's working yet. The recommended interval between sessions is one to two weeks, but it's hard to get an appointment, so I think I'll have to get my next treatment in the third week.

This hospital has an incredibly long wait. Even with reservations, I often wait over 30 minutes to an hour. I wish Dr. Park Soo-kyung would be a bit friendlier. The wait times are long, but the consultations are over quickly. The desk staff aren’t very friendly either. The hospital itself is clean, though, and while the building looks old from the outside, the inside is much cleaner than I expected. There’s also a bathroom, which is nice. It’s a bit inconvenient that reservations can only be made through the app and not at the counter; I really don’t understand that. I hope to get better soon. It’s tough when even making reservations proves challenging.

I suddenly developed pain, redness, and other symptoms on the skin around my shoulder, so I went in urgently!! When I called around 5 p.m., they said it would probably be difficult to see me that day since they were about to close, but they told me they started accepting walk-ins at 8:30 the next morning, so I went around 8:25—and there were already people waiting ahead of me haha. I had read that the wait could be 1–2 hours, so I went early, and thanks to that, I was the 4th person to register for an appointment!! After consultations started at 9, they called people in order of registration and reservations, and I was seen around 9:12!! Luckily, it didn’t take as long as I expected, so I made it to work without any problems! If I go again, I’ll definitely have to get there early! haha Apparently, after your first visit, you can also make an appointment through the app information in the text message they send you! haha Fortunately, my symptoms weren’t serious, so I just got a simple prescription and left! The clinic is clean and nice too!! Since it’s famous, there were indeed a ton of people haha. Even more people came after me lol

Dr. Eun-hee Kwak is very good, and this is a hospital I’ve been coming to for a long time. It’s always so crowded—that’s the downside.

I was concerned about melasma and dark spots, so I consulted with Sookyung. When I told her what was bothering me most, she said, “Then let’s treat that first.” My face was red at first, but it calmed down after about an hour. A scab formed for about a week and then fell off on its own, and overall, my skin felt clearer.

I just got the skin regeneration treatment done... Friends say I look much better, so I'm feeling good. ^^

However, once I entered the consultation room, the doctor carefully examined my skin condition and, despite being busy, kindly explained my symptoms and the treatment plan moving forward. It made me feel like all the accumulated fatigue from waiting just melted away. The nurses and all the staff were also very friendly, and my overall satisfaction with the hospital experience was very high. After the consultation, I was prescribed oral medication along with a cream to apply to the affected area. I decided to follow the prescribed treatment for a week and then return to monitor my progress. While the waiting time was a bit disappointing, I'm looking forward to seeing how much my hand's skin improves in a week, thanks to the kindness and thorough care of the medical team.
