After checking in, I explained in the consultation room when the skin symptoms had started, whether I had eaten any particular foods or used any new products, and things like that. The doctor personally examined the affected areas. They didn’t just take a quick look and finish—they also asked about my recent skin condition and whether the symptoms had been recurring, so I was able to explain my situation in detail. After the consultation, the doctor explained which lifestyle habits could irritate my skin and what I should be careful about for the time being. They also answered each of my questions. I was worried because my skin had suddenly started acting up, but having it checked directly and hearing the explanation helped calm my anxiety a little. The staff were friendly as well, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably.
