I received acne management and sebum laser treatments, and overall, I was really satisfied. The consultation was very thorough; they clearly explained my current skin condition and the necessary procedures, and I appreciated being able to ask questions without hesitation. During the treatment, they kept checking in on any pain or discomfort, which made me feel at ease, and the aftercare was meticulous. There was a bit of redness afterwards, but it settled down after about a day, and I definitely feel that my skin texture has become smoother. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, so even though it was my first visit, I felt comfortable during the treatment.
