    I saw an event for nose surgery and made a reservation to visit. It was quite a challenge to travel over 4 hours to get there, but it felt promising to find the hospital easily since it’s so big. This was my first consultation for nose reshaping, and I was filled with a mix of nerves and excitement. The hospital was very large, luxurious, and clean, which was nice. After registering, I went straight into the examination room, and after the exam, I waited around 10 minutes for the manager, who had a brief consultation with me before I met the doctor. The doctor provided a thorough explanation, so I made my decision that day. The manager and staff were extremely friendly, which was great. The doctor discussed reducing the width of my nostrils, using an implant for the bridge, and a donated rib cartilage for the tip.

Since I was already having surgery, I wanted to change the line to make it look more natural, but I was worried because there were some scars...     My silicone implant had shifted, making the bridge of my nose look crooked, and the tip was drooping, which caused me a lot of stress. This time, they used donated rib cartilage to completely reshape the contour. Since it was a revision surgery, I was extremely careful with my aftercare because I was worried the swelling might last longer due to scar tissue. Fortunately, most of the major swelling has gone down, and my crooked nasal bridge has been straightened out. Maybe because they provided much stronger support for the tip than in my previous surgery, the blunt look is gone and I now have a refined contour, which makes me feel relieved every time I look in the mirror. I still occasionally feel a tingling sensation inside my nose and a slight heaviness or foreign-body sensation at the tip, but the shape itself looks much more natural than before, so I can't help thinking that having the revision surgery was absolutely the right decision.

    It’s already been a month since I had functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis along with implant-free cosmetic rhinoplasty. Before the surgery, I was really stressed about my bulbous nose and low nasal bridge, and my nose was always congested, making it uncomfortable to breathe. I was very worried about complications from artificial implants, so I chose an implant-free procedure using only my own tissue. For the first week right after surgery, it was difficult to breathe through my mouth because of the nasal packing, and I had a lot of swelling, but after two weeks, the major swelling went down quickly. Now that a month has passed, only a little residual swelling remains. Even though my nose was refined using only my own cartilage without silicone, the bridge looks natural and smooth, and I’ve been getting lots of compliments from people around me. Most of all, I’m extremely satisfied that the nasal congestion has completely disappeared thanks to the functional rhinoplasty, making it so much easier to breathe. I’m grateful to the surgeon for creating a safe, natural-looking shape without complications, and I highly recommend implant-free rhinoplasty to anyone considering it.

    The doctor was incredibly kind. It was my first visit and there were so many people, which made me wonder why. But the doctor was super nice and only recommended the necessary treatments. I visited for Y-zone whitening and wasn't very familiar with it, but the doctor explained everything nicely, which I appreciated. The location is also good, right near the busy area. However, it's a bit cramped for parking, so I recommend using public transportation if you’re not good at parking or driving. I received one treatment and while I didn’t see huge effects yet, I think if I continue, the results will become more noticeable. Anyway, I'm definitely considering going back~~! Hehehe ^^^^
