Diet Pills: Do They Really Work? Everything from Prescriptions to Types, Recommendations, and Side Effects, All in One Place[11]
When you want to lose weight, the first thing that comes to mind is diet pills. These days, there are so many different types of medications, not just simple pills, but also hospital prescriptions, injections, fat suppressants, and nutritional supplements. 'Which medicine is effective', 'What is the difference between Vigobi and Saxenda?' Anyone able to recommend diet pills?? For successful weight loss ㅠ I have been worried about gaining a lot of weight over the past few years. So, I'm planning to start a diet, and I was wondering if taking diet pills would be helpful. I understand that diet pills can be broadly divided into two categories. These are appetite suppressants and fat absorption inhibitors, and I am not sure which medication is more effective. It's a hospital I looked into during the CashDoc hospital event, and I was wondering if this one is good too! Also, I heard that taking diet pills can cause side effects, but I don't really worry much about the side effects! I'm 고민 중 whether to take diet pills to succeed in my diet. Do you have any recommendations for diet pills? If there is anyone who has successfully lost weight by taking diet pills, I'm curious about which medication you took and what effects you experienced. So, I think it would be helpful if you could recommend a diet pill! I will work hard to succeed in my diet. Any diet pill recommendation is fine for now. If you let me know, I will look into it. Diet pill recommendations, I like all of them.

캐시또바기♡23.06.21Views 226Likes 0 I'm curious about recommendations for clinics for Ulthera and InMode to improve nasolabial folds.[3]
My nasolabial folds are getting deeper, and it bothers me every time I take a photo. I'm worried that if I delay treatment, they might get even deeper, so I want to start taking care of them as soon as possible. I became interested because people around me said Ulthera or InMode are good for improving nasolabial folds, and I'm curious about how effective they actually are. I have heard that Ultherapy is particularly strong for lifting and InMode for improving skin elasticity. I would like to know if combining the two procedures is more beneficial, or if receiving each one individually is sufficient. I am also curious about the recovery period and how long the results last. I'm looking into the Cashdoc hospital events because I heard they're popular these days, so I would appreciate it if you could recommend one or two clinics that are good at Ulthera and InMode.

I'm worried because I've been getting a lot of breakouts lately, maybe because the weather has gotten hotter. I have oily skin, so I tend to have some breakouts. I have developed milia and even pustular acne. I have really bad acne, especially on my chin and neck. I'm thinking of getting some treatment at a dermatology clinic. Please recommend a treatment that was effective for acne management.

If I stop taking diet pills, the yo-yo effect is guaranteed, right? They say it’s a fallacy of generalization, but I haven’t seen anyone who didn’t experience a rebound effect after stopping the medication. I heard there is a Korean medicine clinic that is really effective, so I'm considering it.
기춘이26.07.01Views 145Likes 5 Do recommendations for Ulthera and Thermage vary depending on face type?[7]
While looking into lifting procedures, I noticed there were so many posts comparing the two treatments. There is also talk that the recommendations differ depending on whether you have a sagging face or chubby cheeks. I am curious about the criteria used to make the selection.
영선이26.07.01Views 75Likes 0 Question) I got a slight burn. Please recommend an ointment.[6]
hello I recently got a slight burn on my finger when it touched the bottom of a hot pot, and I am worried because the scar is still there. I was worried about going to the hospital because the burn seemed bigger than I thought, but since it didn't seem serious, I treated it myself. But after a few days, it looks like it's leaving a scar, and it still hurts a little when I touch it. It is in a part that is not easily visible, so I don't mind if a scar remains, but I am worried for no reason. Is there a good ointment or method? I only apply basic Fucidin.

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, the mole on my face keeps bothering me, so I am planning to get it removed. Since it is my first time getting this procedure, I am also worried about potential scarring or hyperpigmentation. I would appreciate a recommendation for a dermatology clinic in the Ilsan area of Gyeonggi-do that is good at mole removal. Rather than overly expensive procedures, I would prefer a place that provides thorough consultations and excellent aftercare. If anyone has personally had mole removal done, it would be really helpful if you could share the cost, recovery process, and satisfaction level!

My mom doesn't have many pores, and Your skin has a lot of freckles and blemishes, and it tends to be on the darker side. Your double eyelids are sagging a bit, and the corners of your mouth have dropped, showing a loss of facial elasticity. Since your skin is on the thinner side, I think doing it too strongly might be too much for you. My face is thin, so would it be better to add volume? I'm curious which option would be better.
므찌당당26.06.23Views 77Likes 1 Wigobi vs. Maunzaro, which do you recommend more in terms of side effects and weight loss effectiveness?[6]
I am seriously debating between Wigobi and Maunzaro, the hottest diet products these days. From what I see around me and in the news, both are said to be highly effective for weight loss, so I am planning to take this opportunity to get a medical checkup and start using them in earnest. However, now that I am actually about to get them, I am very curious about the actual reviews and differences in side effects between the two medications. For those who have personally taken Wigobi or Maunzaro, could you please share how severe the initial side effects, such as nausea or vomiting, were? I am also curious which medication you were more satisfied with in terms of appetite suppression and overcoming plateaus, and how you modified your diet. While the right medication may vary from person to person, I would like to make an informed choice after hearing honest recommendations and advice from those who have already experienced it. Please share your thoughts in the comments, even if it is just a small tip!
말해뭐해26.06.23Views 544Likes 4 Please recommend a diet meal plan that includes carbohydrates for breakfast.[9]
Recently, I have been taking prescription medication in the morning due to an illness. I was told that it is only effective if taken with a meal, so I started eating breakfast, which I used to skip, and as a result, I have gained 5kg in the past six months. I think it is likely due to changes in my eating habits or biological rhythm. Because of my condition, I have to refrain from strenuous exercise and be careful not to get injured, so I have been very cautious in everything and have been quite inactive lately. I was told I have to take prescription medication for about six more months, and I'm worried about gaining more weight, so I'm thinking of controlling my diet. Could you please recommend a breakfast menu containing carbohydrates that will help with weight loss?
이혜진26.06.23Views 75Likes 1 Please recommend a lifting procedure that is gentle and doesn't irritate the skin![8]
It feels like my facial contours have faded, so I'd like to get something done. Since the rainy season is said to be starting soon, I want to quickly put in the effort to get it before it starts. I'm worried that if it causes significant skin irritation or has a long downtime, it might be too much of a burden, so I'm asking if there are any lifting procedures I can undergo lightly and without pain! It would be even better if it were a procedure that focuses on shaping the face lines and jawline. What have you all tried? :)
캐쉬doc26.06.18Views 69Likes 3 I watched Lee Sian's dermatology treatment recommendation vlog, and Sian's skin was insane.[4]
As a recent subscriber to Lee Si-an's YouTube channel, I thought I'd summarize the details of the dermatology procedures he posted about lol. It was a video where she showed all the places she goes, saying that you can become prettier with just a hair's breadth difference. First of all, isn't Sian's skin itself just so pretty...? ㅠㅠ Watching her gave me so much motivation. I received two procedures at the dermatology clinic; one was Silfirm X laser + exosomes. It is a laser that strengthens the dermis layer while addressing redness, pores, and skin texture all at once. I thought lasers would irritate sensitive skin, but I heard that they are actually recommended for it. It has relatively little downtime, and it is a procedure that even has a patent for treating melasma. The other one was Ulthera Prime + Titanium Lifting. I heard that Ulthera Prime is less painful and faster than the original Ulthera, and I liked that you can receive treatment only on the necessary areas instead of your entire face. It seems like it would be much less of a burden. Personally, the most surprising thing for me was that you shouldn't cool it down with cold water when it's swollen and hot after getting Ultherapy. I naturally assumed I should let it cool down, but apparently, since the principle involves the fascia contracting and tightening, maintaining the heat makes it more effective. Turns out I've been doing it wrong all this time. I was told that titanium doesn't cause swelling, so you can get it even if you have an appointment the next day, making it a good treatment for regular use. I also heard that if combined with Ulthera, you can see the lines lifting immediately on the same day. Watching Sian unnie's videos really motivates me, making me want to start something new too, haha. Is there anything anyone is getting done these days? I got motivated after watching this video, so I'm going to start taking care of myself too lol :)
시꾸꾸26.06.14Views 267Likes 2 I tried the entire 3-piece set because they were advertised as actress treatments, but honestly, there are more things I can't recommend.[8]
I received a package of three: Titanium, Onda, and Linear G. After receiving all three, here is my honest summary..! I don't recommend titanium. Multiple wavelengths penetrate from the surface of the skin to the middle layer, giving the feeling that the lines are instantly refined. It doesn't hurt, so even beginners can take it without any burden. But the problem is the longevity. Just like ironed clothes get wrinkled quickly, the effects return too fast. People say that after about three sessions, you get results comparable to Thermage, but it definitely doesn't feel that way. Everyone around me said the staying power was too short. It is fine to receive it the day before a special occasion like a wedding or photoshoot, but otherwise, I do not recommend it. It is conditional on coming. It is definitely effective for getting rid of a double chin or excess fat. However, I do not recommend it for people with thin skin or those who have little fat on their cheeks. My husband had it done and developed cheek fat. I only recommend it to those who are really stressed about their skin fat. Linear G was the best of the three. It is a method that uses densely packed ultrasound dots to gently pull the lines, and it is much less painful than Shurink. I recommend this to those who want to refine their facial lines rather than adding volume to their entire face. It is true that your lines become more defined after receiving all three treatments, but honestly, I don't think it fundamentally improves your skin. :)
밍똘26.06.12Views 147Likes 5 After getting Thermage, I can't recommend other radiofrequency treatments — 5-Month Honest Review[8]
I wondered if I could recommend something other than this, but I couldn't find a substitute. My skin is on the thinner side. If you don't take care of it, it loses elasticity like a deflated balloon and fine wrinkles start to appear. I have been consistently receiving high-frequency treatments, but I had to wait 3 to 6 months to feel the effects. But Thermage was different. Even immediately after the procedure, I felt like my skin was plumping up, and starting around the second week, I began to feel the fine lines on my forehead smoothing out. It doesn't feel like the cosmetics are soaking in, but rather like something is hardening deep inside the skin. You know how when your leggings get worn out and you switch to new ones, they feel tight and snug? It’s exactly that feeling. It has been 5 months now, and unlike other cost-effective treatments that peak around 6 months and then rapidly decline, Thermage is gradually maintaining a good condition. There are two downsides. It's expensive, and it really hurts. Even though I usually tolerate pain well, it was enough to make me break out in a cold sweat. I had it done without general anesthesia, and at first I thought I'd never be able to do it again, but now I'm slowly forgetting about it lol. I felt that cost-effective radio frequency is sufficient for those in their 20s to early 30s, but for those in their late 30s and older, Thermage is the cleanest choice.

I tend to prefer regular endoscopy over sedation endoscopy. However, I found that the results of a standard endoscopy vary significantly depending on the doctor's skill level. At the hospital where I had my health checkup last year, I was in so much pain while undergoing a standard endoscopy that I have tried before but gave up, so this year I want to go to a hospital that is good at general endoscopy.

I heard that you need to do cardio exercise as well if you want to lose weight. I tend to use the indoor bike only temporarily, and I don't really do it consistently. At least I like walking, so walking and brisk walking are good aerobic exercises for me. I got plantar fasciitis, probably because I've been walking constantly lately. The doctor told me to refrain from using my feet too much and not to walk or run for long periods. It's not like I walk over 10,000 steps; I only walk about 5,000, 6,000, or 7,000 steps... For those of you who walked for a long time, are your feet okay? Please let me know some cardio exercises you would recommend.

Has anyone had a thread lift on their sagging mouth corners and jowls? I am curious about dramatic results. Even just regarding laser lifting, the names are all different, so I don't really know how the effects of each one differ. I feel like my skin is getting worse, so I thought I should try something at least once, but now that I've actually looked it up, I'm even more confused. I recently read some reviews about titanium lifting, and it looked pretty good. But I'm not sure if this is right for me, or if something else would be better. 여리나26.05.25Views 80Likes 1 I received a recommendation for the Radius procedure and am currently undergoing it.[2]
I felt that the wrinkles on my arms were getting deeper, so I went to a dermatologist for a consultation. I was recommended a Radiesse procedure, which is unfamiliar, rather than the commonly heard Botox or fillers. I still have a few treatments left, but I am quite satisfied with the result. I was subtly bothered by the fact that I was aging every time I looked in the mirror, so after much deliberation, I visited a dermatologist. To be honest, I didn't know much about the Radiesse procedure, but the doctor examined my face and recommended it, saying it seemed perfect for naturally adding volume. Since I hadn't heard of it from anyone and it was a name I'd never heard before, I made the decision with mixed feelings about whether it would actually work. Even while receiving the treatment, I was quite worried at first, wondering if I was making a mistake. However, after a few days, I can clearly see that my wrinkle lines have improved significantly compared to before, so I feel relieved. Every time I look in the mirror, the areas that used to look sunken seem to be subtly filled in, and thanks to this Radiesse treatment, I've been getting quite a few compliments on how much my face looks better. They said that I usually need to receive the treatment in a few more sessions for the full effect to show, so I still have one or two more sessions left. Surprisingly, though, I never expected to be this satisfied even though I am only at the intermediate stage. I am already secretly looking forward to seeing how much more natural and pleasing my face will become once I complete all the remaining Radiesse sessions. Of course, results may vary from person to person, but I think the Radiesse treatment recommended by the clinic worked well for me in the end. With fewer wrinkles than before, my impression looks better, and I feel better too. I hope this helps anyone who, like me, is struggling with facial wrinkles and is considering the Radiesse treatment after being recommended by a clinic.

다다26.05.21Views 85Likes 0 Kim Myung-ae Dermatology in Seocho-gu, Seoul Recommended as the Best Clinic for Acne Inflammation Injections![8]
Here are my personal top 3 reviews of dermatology clinics in Gangnam, Seoul, that I found effective for acne inflammation injections. My skin isn't inherently acne-prone, but I am the type who gets really big, hard, pustular pimples every now and then. Like what people commonly call a "giant pimple," it festers inside, hurts to the touch, and doesn't go away easily even after time passes. It was incredibly stressful, especially when those kinds of pimples popped up right before an important appointment or schedule. At first, I tried to manage it at home by applying ointment or spot treatments, but these hard, inflammatory pimples often didn't go away on their own. So, in the end, I ended up getting an anti-inflammatory injection after extraction at a dermatology clinic. After visiting several places, I found that even for the same injection, there was quite a significant difference between hospitals. The prices and treatment methods are all different, so perhaps that's why the effects vary as well! So, based on my personal opinion, I have selected three dermatology clinics in Gangnam that were effective. 3rd Place Gangnam Doctors Dermatology Clinic I had high expectations after seeing the pleasant facilities and neat interior... but it took a little while for the inflammation to completely subside after getting the injection here. I visited because of the acne on my forehead. This is the state before getting hit. This photo shows the patient after receiving an anti-inflammatory injection. It was a bit big, but... the inflammation didn't go down even after getting the injection. Eventually, I visited again for the second time and received an additional injection. It was a bit disappointing that it wasn't dealt with immediately. Since anti-inflammatory injections are not covered by insurance, the cost is a burden even for just one shot, but because I got them twice, the expense turned out to be quite a bit higher than I expected. Also, the doctor squeezed it out directly by hand, and it was quite painful. Of course, since it was done hygienically at the hospital, it is different from handling it at home, but the irritation was so intense that while getting it done, I momentarily wondered, "If it's going to be like this, how is this any different from me squeezing it out at home?" Still, after getting two injections, it subsided cleanly and there was almost no discoloration. There were pros and cons. 2nd Place Gangnam Nine Dermatology Clinic I got an injection for my chin acne here. Fortunately, at Nine Dermatology, my acne subsided after receiving just one anti-inflammatory injection! The recovery speed was relatively fast, and the bulging swelling went down immediately. However, there was one drawback, The inflammation went away quickly, but the discoloration lasted quite a while afterward. It was red right after I got the anti-inflammatory injection, and once it subsided somewhat, the brown discoloration lasted longer than I expected. This was also a dermatology clinic with clear pros and cons. The advantage was that inflammation subsided quickly with just one injection, and the recovery speed was also relatively fast, but The downside was that although the discoloration marks have disappeared now, at the time they lasted so long that I was worried they wouldn't go away. The extraction method was the same as at the third-ranked hospital, Doctors, where they manually extracted the tissue. Still, it was decent for urgently treating inflammation. No. 1 Seocho Kim Myung-ae Dermatology Clinic The place I was most satisfied with was Kim Myung-ae Dermatology! True to its name, this is a dermatology clinic with a board-certified dermatologist with 40 years of experience. It was a hospital that gave off a professional vibe from the outside; although the exterior is old, the interior is clean. Before getting the injection. The size was average, but that chin acne had been there for about a month, and the inside was very hard. First of all, it really subsided quickly after I got the anti-inflammatory injection here. Usually, it takes a day or two to see results, but here, the acne areas flattened out immediately after the injection! And what I was most satisfied with was the extrusion method. At other hospitals, the doctor would squeeze it out by hand, but here, they used a needle to make just a tiny hole to drain the pus. So the extraction itself was barely painful, and since they didn't squeeze it by hand, there was no skin irritation, which I really liked. If you squeeze it with your hands, not only the acne area but also the surrounding skin turns extremely red. Manual extraction involves squeezing until no more pus comes out, which can be irritating, but here, it felt like they cleanly removed only the pus, so my skin was less red after the procedure and recovered quickly!! These are photos I took the day after and the day after getting the injection. Maybe because I didn't squeeze it out manually, it healed completely in just two days👍🏻 And another difference from the two hospitals mentioned above is that there was no separate prescription for oral medication. I was surprised that there was no medication, but the inflammation subsided quickly even without taking any. The size of the acne and the condition of the inflammation were similar to before, but since it healed so fast without needing to take any medicine, I felt that they only provide treatment that is truly necessary. Whenever I get an anti-inflammatory injection, the discoloration usually lasts for a few days because it is an injection, but at Kim Myung-ae Dermatology, the discoloration disappeared quickly, so I was most satisfied. Of course, even at the same hospital, the results of anti-inflammatory injections can vary depending on the condition of the skin on that day, and reactions will differ from person to person. However, based on my personal experience receiving treatments at various places, the recovery speed and satisfaction levels definitely vary from clinic to clinic because the methods used—such as extraction techniques and medication prescriptions—differ. Since anti-inflammatory injections are steroids, it is not good to get them frequently. I prefer a dermatology clinic where I can be completely cured with just one treatment, so I was most satisfied with Kim Myung-ae Dermatology, and in that regard, I ranked it as number one. I hope my review will be of at least some help to those of you who are urgently considering anti-inflammatory injections at a dermatology clinic because of pustular acne!
AA26.05.19Views 218Likes 2 Top 3 Recommended Clinics to Visit Besides Suwon Me&Me Clinic When Considering Syringoma Treatment[4]
My concern: I periodically get syringomas on my face. I need laser treatment as early as every year and a half, but since the procedure has to be done on my face, I am always worried about scarring. Additionally, it is painful, so I avoid places that are unfriendly, refusing to even get the procedure done. I would like to share some recommended clinics based on my personal experience getting syringoma treatments. Hospital Ranking: I ranked them based on my personal experience. 1. Clinic affiliated with the Gyeonggi-Incheon Branch of the Korea Leprosy Welfare Association This is a place I have been visiting repeatedly. The prices were neither cheap nor expensive. Most of the staff are friendly and nice. The problem is that it gets just too crowded. So even if you go in advance to make a reservation, you can only get an appointment about a month later. One downside is that the skilled practitioners are very popular. Also, the staff varies each time I visit, and sometimes the nurses assisting with the procedure are rough and unfriendly. The scar seems to vary depending on the doctor. 2. Suwon Me & Me Clinic Located near Suwon Station, it is conveniently accessible, and they provide excellent care for problematic skin conditions in addition to cosmetic treatments! The staff are friendly, and the doctor is incredibly kind! Rather than just paying for the syringoma treatment, many people opt for the toning set, which is great for use after laser treatment. However, the front desk staff can be unfriendly at times ㅠㅠ Also, if it gets too crowded, you might have to sit in the waiting room with numbing cream applied, which I really dislike; it's embarrassing ㅠㅠ It happens very rarely, and they won't do it if you refuse, so please keep that in mind when planning your visit. There wasn't much scarring, and I felt confident throughout the procedure. 3. Lee Joo-bong Dermatology Clinic It was a place where I only had very bad memories; the staff were generally very unfriendly. Even when I was receiving laser treatment, a junior doctor came in without my consent and treated me as if he were giving me a lesson. The doctor and nurse were truly unfriendly, and the experience was so unpleasant that it felt like being in a monkey zoo. Reason for Selection (Criteria): We used treatment satisfaction and staff friendliness as criteria.

My back acne keeps recurring, and I also have dark scars. I have tried changing my body wash and applying medication prescribed by a dermatologist, but I haven't seen any significant results. 청정26.05.13Views 74Likes 0 I recommend Maypure Clinic in Mokdong because the dermatology consultation was the best.[7]
Recently, I have received various consultations regarding skin treatments for issues such as skin tone and nasolabial folds. The recommended procedures were diverse, and the number of sessions varied as well. Of course, since I have not experienced all the procedures, it is difficult to judge the details regarding them. However, I think satisfaction with the counseling is definitely increasing. In my case, I visited one or two more places, but the approximate ranking is as follows. No. 1 Maypure Clinic Mokdong Branch 2nd Place Leaders Dermatology Tla Palace Branch 3rd Place Mimong Dermatology Clinic Other dermatology clinics also had their advantages and were good. However, the Maypure Clinic provided a more systematic explanation and suggested a procedure tailored to my needs after fully understanding them. Of course, it wasn't something that started immediately, but I felt like I was receiving thorough guidance on related matters. I think what I liked the most was the small acts of consideration and thoughtfulness that aren't even worth mentioning here.
케이스26.05.13Views 157Likes 0 It is really hard to get enough protein while using Wigobi. Can you recommend a protein product without artificial sweeteners?[5]
I wanted to ask because I think there are probably many people who are struggling with this as I am. I am trying to meet my protein intake, but lately my aversion to meat has grown so strong. Just thinking about it makes me feel nauseous. On top of that, I am particularly sensitive to artificial sweeteners. Most protein shakes on the market contain artificial sweeteners, so the taste lingers and often causes stomach discomfort. Are there any other practical ways to get enough protein without artificial sweeteners? I am curious about the specific methods used by those who focus on natural foods or those who consume probiotic protein products. Are you actually using any protein products that contain no or minimized artificial sweeteners? It would be really helpful if you could actually introduce the product.
LOVELOVE26.05.12Views 78Likes 2 If you are worried about orthodontic pain, here are some recommended reviews of Clippy-C.[8]
Before I first started Clippy-C orthodontic treatment, my biggest concern was the pain. Although I was told that Clippy-C moves teeth more smoothly than conventional braces, I hesitated because I had heard many stories from people around me about how difficult it was to eat properly due to the pain. I was particularly nervous on the day the braces were first attached, and I was even more worried because I didn't know how severe the discomfort would be during the treatment. However, during the consultation, the manager explained that while pain varies from person to person, it is generally manageable for most people, which put my mind at ease. Once the braces were actually attached, I felt a strong tightening sensation in my teeth for the first day or two, and it was definitely difficult to eat tough or hard foods. I needed time to adjust to the pain of the braces by eating mainly soft foods like porridge. In particular, I felt the pain again on the days the wires were adjusted each month, but it was not unbearable. As time passed, I gradually got used to it, and after about two weeks, the pain had significantly decreased, so there was no major inconvenience in my daily life. Whenever the wire came loose or I felt discomfort during the treatment, they corrected it immediately, so I was able to complete the treatment without any major issues. You thoroughly checked my teeth during the regular check-ups and meticulously explained how to manage them, which made me feel much more comfortable receiving orthodontic treatment. Above all, seeing my teeth gradually straighten with my own eyes made me feel that the discomfort caused by the pain was well worth enduring. I was very hesitant at first, but now I wonder why I didn't start sooner. If you are worried about the pain of orthodontics, I recommend getting a consultation first without being too scared. The discomfort is temporary, but the results are truly satisfying.

I have melasma and blemishes, so I tried the Melanosa cream that was recommended to me. My skin is sensitive, but thankfully it hasn't been irritating and feels good. However, it doesn't seem to have much effect on the melasma itself. I'm scared that my skin might break out if I get laser treatment, but looking at others, it definitely seems like dermatological procedures are the answer. Do you happen to have any laser treatments you could recommend? Home care tips would be great too!
gunii26.05.10Views 91Likes 1 I'm trying to decide between Wigobi and Maunzaro. Please recommend one based on realistic reviews.[5]
I'm really stressed out these days because of my diet. In the end, I even ended up looking into Wigobi and Maunzaro. I originally tried to lose weight just through diet and exercise, but perhaps because I have such a strong appetite... I always found myself repeating the pattern of losing a little weight at the beginning and then gaining it back. I have a habit of binge eating, especially after work, so it is really hard to break this on my own with willpower. So recently, I've been looking into hospital consultations and considering injection treatments like Wigobi or Maunzaro. Among my acquaintances, there is someone who took Wigobi and their appetite really decreased significantly. I heard that you don't feel hungry even if you only eat one or two meals a day, and Another person recommended Maunzaro, saying it is more powerful and therefore leads to faster weight loss. But on the other hand, after getting the Wigobi, I felt so nauseous and like I was going to throw up. Some people said they gave up halfway, and others were so severely injured by the mound that they couldn't eat anything at all. There are reviews saying it caused a loss of appetite, so honestly, I'm a bit scared. What I am most curious about is not simply how much weight I lose, but whether it is at a level where I can carry on with my daily life. I have to work, but if I keep feeling sick and stressed, I think I'll actually get more stressed. I'm also curious which option is less likely to result in a yo-yo effect in the long run!! If you look solely at the rate of decline, Maunzaro seems good, but since maintaining it is more important, my dilemma is deepening. And I'm also having trouble choosing a hospital. I heard there is quite a price difference, and that some hospitals provide detailed consultations. I've heard that some places just recommend injections right away, so when you first start I'm not sure what criteria I should use to choose one. I heard that dosage control is also important, especially for devices like Wigobi or Maunzaro. I'm wondering if I should go to a hospital that examines these areas thoroughly, or if it's okay to choose based on price! My current situation is that I don't weigh much compared to my height, but I have a lot of body fat, and I am particularly stressed about my abdomen and face, so I want to do even a little bit in a short period of time. I hope to see a visible change. That said, I don't want to push myself to the point of harming my health, so I think I'm becoming more cautious. If anyone has actually been hit by either Wigovi or Maunzaro, If you could honestly tell me what was the hardest part and how much weight you lost, I think this will be really helpful!! Also, if anyone has experienced both, I'm curious to know which one you found better. Please give me a really realistic review, not an ad!!!!!!!!!! I'll be waiting for your comments!!!!!

곰곰미26.04.24Views 86Likes 1 I went to Dapsimni Maditteunteun Clinic on my aunt's recommendation.[20]
I think getting older is a really sad thing. I'm not sure about the mental aspect, but I really couldn't get used to physical aging. Lately, I often feel stiff for no reason, and recently, I've had a lot of back and lower back pain. Especially with my back, I'm not sure if it's because I sit for long periods or just have bad posture, but sometimes while sitting, I suddenly get a tingling sensation so severe that it's hard to move. There are also times when stretching makes popping sounds and actually causes cramps, so I really wanted to loosen up this stiffness. Then, I ended up visiting Dapsimni Maditteunteun Clinic on the recommendation of my aunt who lives in the same neighborhood. My aunt is in her 70s, but she visits various hospitals really often. I tend to be meticulous and picky, so hearing that even that aunt was good made me trust her. I searched it up and found there were a lot of reviews and the ratings were all good. The location was also convenient to get to as it was on the street I walk every day. I went without a reservation and didn't have to wait. First of all, they were very kind and explained everything clearly and calmly, so I felt at ease. The nurses and doctors were both kind and calm, so my worries from before the visit quickly disappeared. It seems those symptoms were caused by the muscles from the shoulders to the back and lower back being completely stiff rather than major inflammation. I received simple manual therapy and was also taught stretching postures before leaving. I wonder why I only found out about this hospital now, and I plan to visit regularly in the future.

The procedure is performed after administering an anesthetic injection, so it finishes within 30 minutes. I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. I have pain on the upper part of my scalp where it meets my forehead. The pain lasted for about 2-3 days, and it hurt a bit when I washed my hair lol ✨Recommended as a cost-effective procedure I tried the regular lifting procedure first, and I was very satisfied considering the price! I am satisfied with Mint Thread Lifting because it uses lifting threads without incisions, and It is also effective for improving areas that are difficult to manage with laser lifting alone, such as the eye area, forehead, glabella, jawline, and nasolabial folds, as well as sagging double chin. It is a fully feasible procedure, so even for those who have previously undergone laser lifting. It seemed like a satisfactory procedure would be possible. However, since it takes some time to recover compared to laser lifting, This was a thread lifting procedure using Mint Threads, recommended for those who have about 3-4 days off.

I imagine there are many people who hesitate to visit the dentist due to a vague aversion to treatment or the financial burden. I, too, was having similar concerns when I visited Dr. Go Dental Clinic in Yongsan-gu on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Just as impressive as the neat atmosphere upon entering the clinic was the director's attitude toward patient care. I felt a deep sense of trust in the fact that he not only explained my current oral condition in detail in a way that was easy for the patient to understand, but also refrained from unnecessarily recommending treatments that were not urgent. I was strongly impressed by the impression that this is an honest clinic where concerns about so-called "overtreatment" can be alleviated. The treatment process was also conducted with great detail and meticulousness, and the care taken to minimize the patient's pain and discomfort was remarkable. Thanks to this, I was able to complete the treatment safely without any significant pain. If you are looking for medical staff with both skill and integrity near Yongsan, I believe Dr. Go Dental Clinic would be a good choice. I hope my review will be of some small help to those seeking a proper dental clinic.

I recommend Metro Eye Clinic, the ultimate eye care hospital.[4]
I have severe myopia and dry eye syndrome, so I used to visit a local ophthalmologist frequently. However, when Metro Eye Clinic relocated near my home, I decided to visit for the first time because I wanted to switch to a larger facility. I had never had a comprehensive eye examination before, but since I was there, I underwent a detailed checkup due to suspected retinal issues related to floaters. They examined my retina with dilated pupils and recommended laser treatment, so I received the procedure that same day. Since there are many patients, you will have to wait a long time if you go without an appointment. I also waited a long time the first time, but the procedure process was highly specialized and systematized, so I was able to receive the treatment quickly and was very satisfied. Later, when my pupils didn't return to normal quickly after I got home, I consulted over the phone, and I was pleased with the kind explanation they provided. Since then, I have been consistently visiting Metro Eye Clinic for my regular checkups. I appreciate the kind explanations and the detailed responses when I ask questions; above all, the facilities are very clean. If you make a reservation in advance, you can get an examination immediately without waiting.
