Please recommend a treatment that was effective for acne management.

I'm worried because I've been getting a lot of breakouts lately, maybe because the weather has gotten hotter.
I have oily skin, so I tend to have some breakouts.
I have developed milia and even pustular acne.
I have really bad acne, especially on my chin and neck.
I'm thinking of getting some treatment at a dermatology clinic.
