What does it do?

Meta-silicate aluminum magnesium is an inorganic compound of silicate containing aluminum and magnesium, used for the treatment of heartburn and indigestion due to excessive stomach acid. It is included in digestive ulcer agents and antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory drugs to protect the gastric mucosa and neutralize stomach acid.

This ingredient reacts with stomach acid to lower acidity, thereby reducing irritation caused by stomach acid. It also forms a protective barrier on the gastric mucosa, protecting and aiding the healing of ulcers or inflamed areas.
