What does it do?

Nintedanib esylate is a drug that belongs to the class of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is mainly used to slow the progression of fibrosis in lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This ingredient aims to regulate the abnormal fibrotic process in lung tissue.

Nintedanib esylate inhibits the proliferation and migration of fibroblasts by blocking the tyrosine kinase activity of several growth factor receptors. This helps prevent excessive fibrosis in lung tissue and slows down the deterioration of lung function.
