What does it do?

Acetaminophen granules are widely used as an antipyretic and analgesic ingredient. Unlike non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, they place less strain on the stomach and are primarily used for fever and mild to moderate pain relief.

Acetaminophen reduces pain by inhibiting the production of substances that transmit pain signals in the brain and acts on the thermoregulatory center to lower fever. As a result, fever is reduced and pain is alleviated.
