What kind of medicines are these?

Antispasmodics are used to relieve cramps or pain caused by involuntary contractions of muscles or organs. They are mainly used for smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal, urinary, and reproductive systems.

These drugs inhibit the contraction of smooth muscles or act on the nervous system to alleviate muscle spasms. Some exert effects through calcium channel blockade or modulation of neurotransmitters.
