This medicine is used for skin diseases such as dermatitis and itching caused by eczema, dermatitis, prickly heat, poison ivy, insect bites, urticaria, and chilblains (frostbite).

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area (site of disease) several times a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used on sensitive areas such as the eyes or around the eyes and mucous membranes. It is advisable not to use it on areas with eczema or wounds and on sensitive skin. Do not apply excessive amounts to areas with peeling skin or blisters during use. Those with a history of allergic reactions such as rashes, redness, and itching due to medications or cosmetics should consult a specialist before use. The same applies to individuals or family members with allergic tendencies. If the skin is very moist, macerated, or inflamed, and if you are currently undergoing treatment by a physician, consult a specialist. If you experience symptoms such as rashes, redness, itching, or swelling while using, immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. If uncomfortable symptoms such as prickly heat inflammation, dryness, irritation, heat, or tingling occur, stop use and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, do not continue and consult a physician. You must strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and particularly supervise children during use. This medicine is a topical preparation for application only to the skin; it should not be ingested or inhaled. Take care to avoid contact with the eyes, and if it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek ophthalmological care if symptoms are severe. Store out of reach of children, and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not transfer the medicine to another container, and it is safe not to use products that have expired.
