This medication helps relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. It also provides Vitamin B1 during physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, as well as during or after illness to support bodily functions. Additionally, it alleviates various pain symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. It is also effective for symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. Overall, this medication is used to enhance the health of muscles and nerves and to reduce fatigue and pain.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adults, take 1 tablet three times a day with a large amount of water during meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months of age should also not take this medication. Patients with severe renal impairment should not use this medication. Furthermore, since this medication contains lactose, individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion should not take it. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to concurrently take phosphate, calcium salt preparations, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Individuals receiving treatment from a physician or those with heart and circulatory problems, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and pregnant women must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system abnormalities occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, overdose may lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema; thus caution is needed. When taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, blood potassium levels may increase, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after about a month, it is important to consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking it. Store in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place. For quality maintenance, it is safer not to transfer to another container.
