Therefore, this medication is used to supply vitamin D, zinc, and selenium to support bone health and improve overall immune function.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults, the dosage is 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood), patients with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), or individuals with kidney disease. Additionally, those who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months old, and individuals with kidney stones should also avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids during the use of this medication. Women who are receiving treatment from a physician, who are pregnant or may become pregnant, those who are lactating, premature infants, young children, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, those with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney impairment or hypoproteinemia, and individuals with a history of kidney stones should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dermatitis, unusual odors during sweating or breathing, hair loss, anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking, discontinue use immediately and consult with a professional. In case of overdose, gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may also manifest, so caution is advised. Also, concurrent use with certain diuretics may cause hyperkalemia, so be careful. It is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication.
