If currently receiving treatment from a doctor or have specific health conditions, such as hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, or problems with heart or kidney function, or if pregnant or nursing, it is essential to consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. In the case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and signs of heart failure may appear, so the dosage must be followed strictly. When taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, the risk of hyperkalemia is increased, necessitating caution. If symptoms do not improve after one month, consult a specialist. The prescribed methods and dosages must be strictly adhered to, as this medication may affect blood sugar testing during a urine test, and the urine may turn yellow, warranting careful interpretation of test results.
