This medication is used for symptoms such as diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain, gastrointestinal discomfort, loose stools, and vomiting.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and children over 8 years: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, or newborns. Children under 7 years old should also not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic conditions that prevent lactose digestion should avoid taking it. It is advised not to take this medication along with other drugs such as gastric analgesics or antispasmodics during its use. People who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with diarrhea accompanied by fever, elderly individuals, patients with persistent bloody or mucoid stools, patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, children, and those taking other medications should also consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Avoid alcohol during this treatment, and it is safe not to take it for more than three consecutive days.
