This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprains. It can also be used for toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain, helping to alleviate various types of pain. This medication is used to improve multiple kinds of pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1-2 tablets per dose, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (8 tablets) per day. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration possible at the minimum effective dose.

Child dose

For children aged 12 years and older, take 1-2 tablets per dose, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (8 tablets) per day. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration possible at the minimum effective dose.

Precautions

This medication may affect the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, very rarely, serious skin reactions may occur, so if a rash or allergic symptoms develop, the medication should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Caution should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen contained in this medication per day, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or heart failure should not take this medication. Those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma or those currently taking specific medications should also avoid this medication. Individuals with liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart dysfunction, hypersensitivity, asthma, elderly individuals, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as shortness of breath, flushing, hives, severe nausea, vomiting, skin rash, or bleeding occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a physician consulted. If this medication is taken for an extended period, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed, and if abnormalities are found, the dosage should be adjusted or discontinued. Children and elderly patients should take the minimum effective dose, and their condition should be carefully monitored after administration. Avoid taking this medication together with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and it is advisable not to use it for pain relief for more than 10 days or for fever treatment for more than 3 days without professional guidance. If an overdose occurs, immediate medical attention should be sought for protective liver treatment, even if no symptoms are present. When storing this medication, keep it in a sealed container at room temperature and out of reach of children, and it is important not to transfer it to another container.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, sweating, paleness, anaphylactic reaction, severe allergic reaction, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis, severe skin adverse reactions, shock, anaphylaxis symptoms, asthma attack, rash, mucocutaneous syndrome, severe edema, liver abnormalities (jaundice), liver damage, liver necrosis, elevated blood pressure, severe edema.

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pruritic rash, rash, fixed drug eruption, decreased platelet function, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, prolonged bleeding time, cyanosis, vascular swelling, facial swelling, sweating, hypotension, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, perforation, hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis, chronic liver necrosis, acute pancreatitis, chronic hepatitis, kidney toxicity, hepatobiliary abnormalities (increased AST, increased ALT), fatigue.
