It quickly calms symptoms to help you feel comfortable in your daily life and effectively improves discomfort. This medication is used for various inflammatory and allergic symptoms related to the nose.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: 1 tablet three times daily, taken after meals

Precautions

This medication contains an ingredient called pseudoephedrine, which may cause severe skin reactions such as serious rashes or pustules. If fever, red spots, or small pustules occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age or by children under 15 years old. Additionally, individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, those currently taking or who have recently stopped certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, and patients with uncontrolled hypertension should avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medication, it is important not to take it in combination with other cold medicines or antihistamines. Individuals with allergic constitutions or previous allergic reactions to medications, those with hypertension or heart, kidney diseases, eye problems, difficulty urinating, elderly patients, and those under treatment should consult a professional before taking. Especially smokers, those with asthma or chronic bronchitis, or those with persistent cough lasting more than one week, or those with accompanying specific symptoms should also consult a doctor. If sudden severe headache, vomiting, confusion, or visual disturbances occur during treatment, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Generally, it should not be administered to children under 2 years of age, but if necessary, a doctor's evaluation should be obtained. Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), severe cutaneous adverse reactions, hemorrhagic stroke, urinary retention, hyperaldosteronism (decreased urine output, severe edema, increased blood pressure, headache), myopathy (weakness, limb cramps, paralysis), reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances), severe allergic reactions (such as hives)
