Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver, so people who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. It contains acetaminophen, which can cause liver damage, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage. Additionally, although rare, serious skin allergic reactions may occur; if symptoms such as rash or itching develop, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Due to the pseudoephedrine ingredient, severe skin reactions can occur, so if symptoms like fever, rash, or small blisters appear, stop taking it and consult a doctor. Individuals who have allergies to this medication or its components, have a history of asthma, infants under three months, those taking certain antidepressants, those with lactose intolerance, and patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure should not take this medication. It's safer not to take this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children under 15 or individuals with certain conditions, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should ensure they consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms like rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or insomnia occur after taking, stop using it immediately and consult a professional; if severe allergic reactions or liver dysfunction symptoms appear, immediate medical attention is required. Children under the age of 2 should generally not use it unless in special cases, and careful supervision by a guardian is necessary during use. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and avoid long-term use. Avoid alcohol during use, and since drowsiness may occur, refrain from driving or operating machinery. Store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring it to another container.
